Once a taxi booking is confirmed, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled journey to be eligible for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Tour Packages:
Tour package bookings are subject to cancellation policies shared at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the type of package, service providers involved, and cancellation timing.

Non-Refundable Cases:
• Last-minute cancellations
• No-shows
• Services already partially or fully used

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
