Master Travels 365 acts only as a travel service facilitator for taxi and tour bookings. We do not own, operate, or control any of the vehicles used for transportation.

In the event of any accident, breakdown, injury, loss, damage, delay, or mishap during the journey, Master Travels 365 shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever.

All vehicles are owned and operated by independent vehicle owners or drivers. Any dispute, claim, compensation, legal action, or responsibility arising out of such incidents shall be solely between the customer and the respective vehicle owner/driver.

• Master Travels 365 will not be responsible for:
• Any personal injury, death, or medical expenses
• Damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings
• Vehicle accidents, mechanical failures, or breakdowns
• Delay, cancellation, or route changes caused by the driver, vehicle condition, weather, or road situations
• Any legal or insurance-related claims
• Customers are advised to ensure that the vehicle driver carries valid documents including driving license, vehicle registration, insurance, and permits as required by law.

By booking and using our services, the customer agrees that Master Travels 365 shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising from the journey, and the company shall not be made a party to any such matters.

By proceeding with the booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
